To make things even easier, the service is carried out by our trusted dealers or certified third-party providers who specialize in e-bike assembly and maintenance. So whether you're a first-time rider or a seasoned commuter, you can rest assured that your e-bike will be professionally built, safety-checked, and ready to go from the moment you pick it up.

 

How It Works

Adding the Assembly Service is simple. During checkout, just select a participating store in the shipping section, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your e-bike is assembled, you’ll receive a notification to pick it up—no tools, no hassle.

 


What to Expect

Assembly typically takes 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on the store’s capacity. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed with email updates, so you’ll always know the status of your order.

 

Cost and Payment

The cost of the Assembly Service varies based on your e-bike model and the pick-up location. The exact fee will be clearly displayed at checkout and added to your total order cost. It’s a small investment for a smooth start and peace of mind.

 



Need to Make a Change?

You can cancel the Assembly Service within 24 hours of placing your order. If the service process has already begun, please note that the assembly fee may not be refundable.

 

Warranty & Returns

Choosing our Assembly Service does not affect your e-bike warranty—all TENWAYS warranty conditions remain fully valid. If needed, you can still return your e-bike according to our standard return policy. However, please note that the Assembly Service fee is non-refundable.
