Do TENWAYS e-bikes have gears? How do they perform on slopes?

Our e-bikes are single-geared, as we use a Gates Carbon Belt to ensure a quieter and lighter ride. Thanks to the high-precision torque sensor and the different levels of pedal assist, you won’t miss the gears. As our e-bikes are mostly designed for city roads, climbing steep slopes is not really its best fit.
The set-up of the motor and the sensor is usually good for inclines up to 10°, with no restrictions on the length of the slope.
