What's the 14-day return policy?

The 14-day return policy allows you to return e-bike products within 14 days of receipt if you buy them through our official website, us.tenways.com.

To initiate a return, please make sure to contact TENWAYS customer service within this 14-day period, provide proof of purchase, and submit photos showing the products in their original, resellable condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all items included.

In cases where a return or exchange is due to personal reasons and the item is free from any pre-existing damage or warranty issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a $200 restocking fee will be incurred.

Products shipped to Canada are ineligible for return due to international logistics and customs constraints. If you experience any problems with your product in Canada, please reach out to TENWAYS customer service for support.
